This page is maintained by the ROIU team to answer common questions about how member accounts and data are handled. It is informational and is not an independent certification or audit.
Accounts & Access
Members sign in with email or supported social providers. Each member can only access their own dashboard and account data.
Administrative actions are restricted to ROIU staff accounts.
Profile Privacy
Member profiles are private by default. Only the owner or a ROIU admin can view a profile's details.
Display names and usernames may appear in community features such as leaderboards when introduced.
Data We Store
We store the information you provide (email, display name, username, optional bio and avatar) and the ROIP, Unit levels, and Tickets associated with your membership.
Members cannot modify their own balances, Unit levels, tickets, or membership tier — only ROIU admins can.
What Other Members Can See
Other members cannot view your dashboard, balances, email, or profile details. Attempts to access another member's private profile return a "This profile is private." message.
Platform & Hosting
ROIU runs on managed cloud infrastructure with TLS in transit. Sensitive credentials are stored as server-side secrets and are never exposed to the browser.
