To operate your membership, deliver platform features, process subscriptions, and maintain your activity history.

To secure accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.

To send account-related emails such as verification, invitations, and important platform updates.

We do not sell member data. We share information only with service providers that help us run ROIU — for example, our hosting platform, database provider, email delivery, and Stripe for subscription payments.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of ROIU and its members.

ROIU runs on managed cloud infrastructure with TLS encryption in transit. Sensitive credentials are stored as server-side secrets and are never exposed to the browser.

Members cannot modify their own balances, Unit levels, tickets, or membership tier — only ROIU admins can.

We use cookies and similar local storage strictly to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising trackers.

You can edit your display name, username (where permitted), bio, and avatar from your profile settings.
