Terms of Service

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use ROIU. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for all activity that occurs under your account.

ROIU may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other members or the platform.

ROIP, ROI Units (AROI, PROI, CROI, TROI), Tickets, and membership tiers are platform features used inside ROIU. They are not currency, securities, or financial instruments, have no cash value outside the platform, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Only ROIU admins can modify member balances, Unit levels, tickets, and membership tier.

Paid memberships are billed through Stripe. Upgrade fees are fixed amounts and do not change the existing renewal date. Renewals occur automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

When a paid subscription ends, tier-specific benefits revert to the appropriate level at the end of the paid period.

ROIU is an evolving platform. We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, or discontinue any ROI Unit, growth rate, reward amount, Treasure Drawing reward, Ticket allocation, membership benefit, or platform feature at any time. Changes will not affect previously earned ROIP unless required for security, fraud prevention, or compliance.

In particular, ROIU may modify or rebalance, including but not limited to:

• ROI Unit behavior
• Unit growth rates
• Conversion rates
• Reward amounts
• Treasure Drawing rewards
• Ticket allocations
• Membership benefits
• Subscription features
• Platform functionality

These changes may occur to improve balance, fairness, security, sustainability, or the overall member experience. Our goal is to give ROIU the flexibility to improve over time while remaining transparent with members.

You agree not to abuse the platform, attempt to manipulate balances, exploit bugs, run automated scripts against the service, or interfere with other members' use of ROIU.

Violations may result in suspension, loss of platform features, or termination of your account.

ROIU is a membership and engagement platform. ROIP, ROI Units, and Tickets do not represent an investment, security, ownership interest, or guaranteed return. Nothing on the platform is financial, legal, or tax advice.

ROIU is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROIU disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of ROIU after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Changes will not affect previously earned ROIP.
